Pierre Louis, M.S.Ed., BCBA

Pierre Louis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in supporting individuals with autism. Pierre has worked in both private and public schools, residential services, and in home consultation. In addition Pierre has served on the NJABA board and has presented at local, regional, and international conferences on subjects including leadership, supervision, cultural competence, and DEI in the field of ABA. Pierre regularly provides supervision, mentorship, and coaching to students and analysts in the field.

Kate Harrison, M.Ed., BCBA

Kate Harrison is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State. A DC-Suburb native, Kate received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, and her graduate degree as well as applied behavior analysis coursework from George Mason University in Virginia, before moving to New York City in 2015. With 15 years of experience in the field of ABA, Kate has worked in various settings including homes, centers, organizations, and schools. Her highest priorities are teaching her clients to advocate for themselves and increasing the positive experiences within the community unit. In recent years, Kate has expanded her scope of practice to include acceptance and commitment training and the application of ABA to increase staff wellness.

Operations, Insurance Coordinator

Carli Buinicky

Carli Buinicky received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Widener University in 2017. After being introduced to the field of applied behavior analysis as a behavior technician, Carli’s passion for ethical, quality service, combined with her organization and leadership skills led her to excel within the administrative side behavioral healthcare that is critical in families accessing the services they need. Carli supports families in navigating insurance benefits, advocating for services, and expanding Ovation’s insurance partnerships. In addition to navigating ABA funding, Carli is an integral part of the Ovation leadership team managing organizational operations and growth.
